Kestrel makes reasonable efforts to obtain accurate information; however:
We do not guarantee eligibility, benefit accuracy, authorization approval, or claim payment.
The client practice remains solely responsible for:

Communicating financial responsibility to patients

Collecting payment

Submitting claims correctly

Final treatment decisions
Kestrel is not liable for denied claims, underpayments, or coverage discrepancies.
3. Client Responsibilities
By engaging our services, you agree:

You remain the provider of record

You control all patient communication
-
You make all clinical and financial decisions
-
You review verification results before relying on them
-
You maintain compliance with applicable laws and payer requirements
You agree not to represent Kestrel as an insurer, guarantor, or billing authority.
4. Communication Consent (Email & SMS)
By submitting your contact information to Kestrel Practice Solutions, you consent to receive communications related to our services, including:

Opt-Out
You may opt out at any time by:

Kestrel may provide guidance related to software platforms (e.g., PMS, clearinghouses, CRM systems).
We do not control third-party systems and are not responsible for:

Software outages

Data inaccuracies from external systems

Clearinghouse or payer errors

Integration failures
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Kestrel Practice Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or financial damages including:

Denied claims

Lost patients

Business interruption
Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid to Kestrel in the preceding three (3) months.

Your regulatory compliance obligations
10. Termination
We may terminate services if:

Termination does not eliminate outstanding balances owed.
